Even if its puppy love or something similar accept and acknowledge and treat their feelings seriously if you need to reject them do that honestly don't pretend that they aren't there I get he's struggling with how his soul and mind are conflicting with his age in this world but its no excuse to treat that kinda thing flippantly.
