For me I don't think she was thrown away, she said it herself that she always cower and don't do anything for fear of dying
Every corner is a dead end she didn't chose throne cuz she was afraid of dead she didn't want to be target of her sisters, she and her brother was bait for the enemy . She wanted to live so bad so someone gave her another life as a bird she could have flown away leaving everything behind be free of everything but she chose to go back to her so called kingdom.
I just don't understand why does she wants to save her kingdom when the kingdom threw her away its like everything is a dead flag for her .
