The ml couldn't do anything in that situation people he cared for and also innocent people were going to be killed he had no choice but try and help in little deed or behind the scene.Like how can he help his wife when there are most likely spirles watching and reporting.So he cleat itup yet
Yeah from ml's pov it was kinda sad but it's not that i hate him, i just can't forget the fact that he abandoned her and never cleared up to the misunderstandings from his past life let's hope there'll be a lot of character development after this
