it’s been a hot minute for me too but as far as i can remember it’s because seunjo found out heewon was using him in the beginning because of his ability and doesn’t believe him now when heewon says he’s truly in love with him (might be slightly off but i think that was it!)

Misunderstandings
He was saying that he was using him at first and only told him that he loves he cause he needed him but then he actually fell in love
But the seme didnt hear the second part of it so he think he is lying about his feelings and still using him
