He does repeat every day after his death since he goes back 24hrs into de past but everything that’s related to his abilities such as cool down time, are counted as time progress for him. Since he lived the same day 7 times, the cool down time has already happened for him. Even if he repeats the same day for 7 times, his ability to summon counts everyday as one new day, hence it may seem to others that he doesn’t have a cool down time.

the original comment is saying how MC would need to use the ghoul summon 2 times in each loop since the times he uses it are closer than 24 hours apart.

He can't use it within 24 hours of each other since he would need to die 7 times to recharge the cd, but he can't

Again to make it clear. The summoning skill has a cool down of 7 days. But it's 7 days for our mc. Not 7 days for everyone else. So, while 7 days have already past for our mc since using the skill last, it hasn't for the others, so they assume he has no cooldown or a very short one.

They mean that two battles happen in a 24 hour timespan so it's impossible for MC to use the summoning in the second battle. Even if he dies after the first battle, the second battle happens right after so he already used it for the first battle every time
