hey I want to help explaining, so the couple of blonde and that brown little cute boy are have break time because, the seme(blondie) actually have to meet the uke(brown little cute boy) but because the seme's sunbae want to meet him, he can't refuse and start meeting his sunbae, when uke calls and message the seme he didn't pick up or answer it. The uke begin wait in long time. When the seme knows that he's in trouble when the uke calls then he go very fast but not too fast. But when he came to uke he likes feel stress out and make his problem like um his stress making the uke anxiety, the seme not telling the uke that he's meeting his sunbae whe the uke ask.
