My suspicions have been confirmed. Duke for sure is the killer. I think they mentioned the victims probably being drugged to listen to whatever the persons says. I could be wrong, maybe that was from some true crime documentary. But I feel like this webtoon had it.
Anyhoo, point is. In the flashback Louis was acting drugged. He just said yes and blindly followed whatever was said to him. And the the Duke was the one with him in that state before the prince snatched him. So, he has to be the killer.
