She is thankful for MC saving her bro. Naturally, ML only told her wonderful things about Roxanna, so she is excited to meet her and ships the two of them. Her relationship with MC is heartwarming b/c MC never experienced that kind of friendship (i.e., Sylvia REALLY wants to braid MC's hair). ALSO, Sylvia is so pure and sweet that she metaphorically heals MC.
