I’m with you that that was one speedy ass wrap up, like he drugs him with his pheromones and has his way with him (not gently- for what a week?), traumatized him enough to make him flee the country, marks him AND knocks him up and it takes all of 5 minutes to get forgiven. Felt kinda like lazy writing but what yah gunna do lol

Almost feels like the writer is trying to make matthew into a villain. But ig not since people will just excuse his actions and paint him as a good guy lol

Hmmmm... I think author-nim likes Matthew as their character (or his face and hotness I atleast)... I mean, the way they talk about Matthew in the creator's notes and stuff...

But I guess it's also about the author's health and well-being(?) Because based on their creator's notes they're really having a hard time with making this series (which is understandable because this proffession is never easy) so as to not have any more issues like health problems they tried to rush it?

But then again, to have good reviews and loyal supporters you really need to write what the readers will love... especially since Matthew clearly crossed the line and hurt Hayoung; a lot of people won't forgive that
