Library Wars! It's mainly romance focused though but very funny
The only story I have ever read with non-historical military women is Dictatorship. It's isn't bad but it's not really that good for romance. There are a lot of female generals and warriors (not knights) in Chinese/Korean historical stories but those are royalty centered too.

what I mean by royalty centered are manhwas that have like empires and all those mainstream plots
modern day militaries ( like korean militaries or like wars in general )v or historical warriors ( like ancient chinese and japanese warriors like samurais ) pleasee
The one I would recommend the most is "No Doubt in Us" It's one of my favourites. Then there are comics like "General and Her Medic Lover" , "Yeon Lok Heun" , "9000 Years Old Empress" and "Contract Concubine" For modern stuff (not exactly military but strong fighting women) I recommend "Delivery Knight" (just started reading that but the reviews look good), "Night Crying Crow" , "Doppio Senso" (18+) , "White Blood" and "My Wife is a Gangster" (the couple's relationship is funny and adorable!) "Legend of the Tyrant Empress" and "Revenge of a Fierce Princess" are popular in historical genre but I didn't like those that much. You can check out "May I Ask For One Final Thing?" too. Though It's in the western medieval type royalty setting, the FL is extremely funny and badass. I have a huge crush on her! (≧∀≦)
