Basically Mikasa married Jean and had grandkids a couple of years later a war started, the the girl with the dog found the tree where ymir fell which started the founding titan(hope that explains your question)

I think that the place/tree where Eren was buried became like the tree where Ymir fell in the beginning of the story.
