If I'm not mistaken, Park was secretly organizing sexual meetups between the investors and actresses - those willing to get in bed for an acting role. For leverage, he also installed cameras to capture footage to use as blackmail against these investors - this is all done without the investors knowing.
Seungmin managed to get a hold of the footage and probably tried to warn ah hyeon about it (pictures). That's when the line "do you even care about acting" came up, showing that she was willing to do anything to continue her career.
Park found out about Seungmin and the footage and has been trying to strong-arm the latter into handing it in. Seungmin could use it to clear his name but, choosing not to hurt his actress friend, he declined to reveal anything about it whenever he's asked.
Been a while since I last read this but why does Mr. Park hate the MC again or why is he out to get him??
