Baka updates lists it as complete at 2 volumes and it says it is fully translated meaning this is probably all 2 volumes of it.

Indeed. It looks like the author may have been dipping a toe in the "yuri pool" pool but was unsure about taking the plunge.
It says end, but it's still marked as incomplete and the bottom says volume 2 will go on sale in July. I'm confused
