I agree I went up to ch20. I don’t really like the pink guy when he’s with the blonde cuz I feel like he’s just chasing her bc he’s attracted to her outer appearance and wants to successfully get her you know (bc to him shes someone whose hard to get) anyways he’s not even taking her feelings into account. He straight up dismissing her emotions and just thinking I’m going to get her no matter what. Like she still has lingering feelings for the other guy and should at least get some closure and what if they did have a chance of getting back together (if this was irl). Idk him even going out with an ex’s friend doesn’t sound great but I can understand if she’s at least over him but no he tells her to give up when it’s her decision and kisses her without consent. Like dude she doesn’t know you. And if they’re gonna be the main couple I don’t want to see it. Plus the brown little guy is annoying only having a biased perspective of blue hair and being childish. So I might read on if it gets better in a few chapters but if not I’m also dropping.
Hmm... Not really my cup of tea I guess ? I personally dropped it at the 13th chapter so maybe I'm a bit biased ? But imo the story is a bit childish, and I'm usually really low standard as in I read everything as long as there is a bit of something to the story but I don't particularly find any character very likeable or developed (as in not much depth) and the story in itself feels a bit messy
For those who came for the cover (because I was surprised as well), the main focus isn't the gay couple, it's the other couple (with pink hair guy and blonde girl)
And tho I don't mind that surprise twist, I would have liked it better if I liked the characters... Honestly, reading them (and the other couple as well) felt a bit like reading a fanfiction with a cliché trope
The dialogue felt a bit forced sometimes, especially between lil brown haired guy and blue haired guy - brown is too childish for a college student and their bickerings and interactions aren't hm... well idek how to put it but it feels a bit unnatural ?
I kinda liked pink hair's and brown hair's interactions, their bromance is cute but when pinky is with blonde girl, he loses his charm, which is kinda a letdown since they're the main couple. He seems less mature and is depicted like a playboy... and I guess I liked his "big brother" vibes better
Blondie is... ehh... I'm not too fond of her but I've seen worse
If anything, I like the secondary characters better (like glasses guy and blond guy from the studio) and the cat lol
The drawings are okay I guess ? There are some panels where the characters look a bit funny but even the Webtoons in the greatest studios have some funny looking drawings at times
The style is really 'shojo-ish' if that makes any sense
I don't know enough to write more than that but well, maybe the story gets better later and I missed out on something ?
