If this is a problem to you, have you tried toning down your social media activity? That kind of behavior is usually a result of overstimulation due to social media usage. Also, this may sound weird but meditation can help. I was sceptical at first too but Netflix didn't stop recommending this meditation series to me, so I gave in and it actually turned out to be pretty helpful (although I used for a completely different problem).
