Wait, who's Christa?

I am not sure if you know who Christa is by now but Christa is the former queen who was married to Heinley's late brother. Spoiler about her can be found from the comments below.

Why hate on Christa? Has she done anything to navier? I know that since she didn’t have the same power as navier when nacier became queen so she’s quite wary of navier and would naturally want to defend herself. + its Christa’s lady in waitings that keep on showing hostile towards navier but idk¿ I read the eng translated novel so i’m quite behind compared to the completed korean translated novel （￣へ￣）

i haven't read the novel actually i just saw some spoilers not sure how accurate it is. But based on the spoilers I read, Christa's in love with Heinley way before she got married to Heinley's brother hence the hostility towards Navier. Also they were talking about some love potion and says that Christa even tried to use the rumor that she and heinley did the deed. idk man, i didn't read the novel. I'm pretty sure my stress level with rise just with Rastha alone (〜￣△￣)〜

Basically christa was in love with Heinrey way before (as mentioned by another comment). She knew that she had to step down as queen and it would be easier if she did but she didn’t want to. So she got a love potion (with the help of kafmun(?) which really pissed me off but he makes up for this later) and feeds it to Heinrey. From there, Heinrey was under the spell and she used that opportunity to flirt in the hopes that he would fall in love with her an accept her as a mistress. However the love potion only worked for a few hour/ a day so he was no longer under the potion. This shocked Chris’s because (again) she wanted the mistress position, however, someone else saw the flirtatious interaction and rumours went around that she and Heinrey were spotted out together so she used the rumours to her advantage and asked to be a mistress but that plan ultimately failed (Heinrey had a back up plan to debunk the rumours and kafmun stepped up to say that Heinrey was not with christa and the people who saw it were actually mistaken) and with that, she left the queen position.
