Inho is best boy and it’s not canon, but Seol realistically would leave Jung once she finds her self worth and realizes that Inho always had her back. Therefore the ending is left unfinished
sorry for replying to this after 2y, but i was rereading and i totally agree. i just flat out dropped the webtoon. jung is so clearly a straight up asshole and seol is acting like he just made a mistake, and people keep saying this is a "realistic" webtoon. mf, for this to be realistic seol would have to come out of this relationship traumatized and seeking a therapist
(just my opinion) jung is a sociopath...i prefer inho
its very clear how he tries to hide behind a persona in front of everyone, even w his gf... you can justify it because of how he was raised but his actions were so concerning. and it never feels like he's actually trying to understand why she gets mad at him for not being honest... he monopolizes people for his own satisfaction, rather than confronting and communicating
if i were in a relationship w someone like him i would constantly be on my toes, ultimately its frustrating trying to understand someone who hides their true selves from you. and she always questions his intentions.
sorry but why is she even with him, all the things that were happening to her started from his actions... i really dont like the idea of romanticizing sociopathy just cause being in that type of relationship remotely leads to either physical or emotional abuse... and i hate that she even saw how he actually was but never chose to acknowledge it...
its more comforting to know that the person youre in a relationship w is standing up for you whole-heartedly, rather than scheming behind your back just cause they dont want to deal w the repercussions
i really relate to the MC, but i hate how she just casually brushed things off and even apologized to him when they fought as if she did anything wrong... thats literally just him gaslighting her and letting her believe that its also her fault for being in the situations he put her in..
