Yes both of them end up with shitty MLs, but at least patricia spent a lot of time to make lucio suffers by showing her hatred for him, she still shows that she hate lucio even after knowing his traumatizing past, lucio has a lot of struggle to be finally accepted by patricia, while aristia (FL from abandoned empress) forgive ruve quite easily, ruve didn't get that much consequences for what he did in his past life
