there is nothing to say that he loved her first or even really knew about her. She was just a maid and they didn't seem to have any kind of a relationship. This particular author seems to like these kind of animalistic obsessive relationships. Collide was very similar in that you didnt know whether the ML actually loved the FL or just her pheromones. THis one also mirrors that theme where it is very ambiguous whether the MLs of either world truly love the FL or if its the spell binding them together. and I guess the theme around it is if it matters if they are both happy with each other?
QUESTION I want read this but I want know if the ML loved the FL even before they became mates in that dream world, like did he want her to be his mate instead of his Fiancée they picked for him?
