Sometimes the rules depend on the universe. I think in most it would be the case that an alpha female could impregnate an omega male (which is the case with the parents in Koishite Baby! Which is one I'd recommend, haha). Generally, any alpha can impregnate any omega. In some series I think anyone can impregnate anyone. I've seen alpha males impregnate alpha males/beta males, too. But sometimes that's not a thing, and only alpha/omega couples work or beta male/beta female couples. I've seen beta males impregnate omega males too in some works. It all really depends! But I think rule for thumb is that any alphas can impregnate any omegas.
