LOL The fact that she actually felt sorry for the ex and looked like she had to hold her laughter of the situation in check, just made her that much more awesome as a character. That and the way she handled Tommy. Hehehehe.
But, why did the matchmaker have to phrase it as "I'm going to make you beautiful inside and out." It makes her sound like she thought the FL was not only ugly on the outside, but had a horrible personality. I mean, there are SO MANY better ways to phrase it. Like "We're going to bring out your true radiance," or something. "
