I think it will be better if Taejoo and Yoon don't end up together. If they do It'll be so unfair to the 2nd uke. I know he is an ass but still, he helped Taejoo go through those hardships. he helped him a lot. I don't think he is not a bad person, he just Loves Taejoo too much.
