Before reading it I wanna ask , is this a sad manga ? Does it have a lot of issues or ?

It's a cute story ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧ you should enjoy it and watch as it slowly turns into something that'll crush your heart and making your eyes looking like a fountain and hear the sound as your heart crushing itself into breadcrumbs but overall, it's a cute and wholesome story
