Help. I forgot the title

I read a story where a salary man was so wasted he barged into another person’s apartment by mistake and wakes up in the with the stranger in bed. The stranger was a foreigner and didn’t speak Japanese. The salary profously apologized but was invited by the stranger who turned out to be his neighbor. And then, they just fucked because of the sexual tension.
Later on, salaryman’s company is bought and a new manager comes, which turns out to be his foreigner neighbor, and then their romantic development begins.
This is what I remember from the synopsis, and I only got to read the first few pages of chapter one. I would appreciate the help.
