Nah I’m pretty sure we’ve already learned about what the master’s disease was, like I don’t remember the exact details but it had something to do with coldness in the masters body(which is why he created heating system for his master to stay warm). And then the penicillin he wants to create is probably linked to his continuing concern regarding antibiotics for after surgery.
