Looking for a manga

If I remember correctly, it was a shoujo. It was about a world full of vampires and this girl who didn't know she was a full blooded vampire till the end and the guy she loved was a vampire hunter and he had to kill her. And I think it had something to do with a ruby necklace.
I just remember this.
