I've been searching this for a while it's a fantasy/isekai manga with male lead, when he's still on the womb the mother somehow got into accident so it's dangerous if it's just let it be for him, the a travelling elf pass by, she somehow moved him from the mother's womb to hers then he grew up as the elf's son.
