I’m looking for a BL.

I’m looking for a BL. It’s about these guys fighting for this other guy (the guy has white hair) but one of the guys is his boss for this company, and the other guy is his ex boyfriend who’s trying to get him back. But the guy with the white hair is ignoring him. I believe the guy with the white hair got kicked out of his house because his parents didn’t accept him. -Please help me find it I read a while ago and now I can’t find it.-
