The curse. He was supposed to be exiled to the other country but instead was just exiled to the other annex. There are still people who hate him because of the curse and because he is exiled he can't come into the castle. ╥﹏╥
Ahh right. I totally forgot that he was actually exiled. I just thought people were weary of him.
