tbh I didnt read/watch ao no exorcist but I still think it's an enjoyable manga even if it may be similar. I love the art, the plot is a bit cliche/typical but still in a good way? and I am starting to like the characters. What I enjoy, though may be a spoiler so proceed at your own caution, is the fact that in this manga both sides have fair reasoning for their doings. In the most recent chapter too there's a significant change in a relationship and I thought it was quite endearing. **end of spoilerish stuff* But one thing I have a problem with is how female characters are portrayed but it's overall a decent manga = D.

there's not much romance but i could see some coming up? if that makes sense, but rn it's more focused character wise and still on introductions
