That this was story used by the author for the contest held by Naver. I was asking if this was like partially serialize by Naver cause even though this didnt win the author didnt continue this.
Is this considered owned by Naver? Is this why even though the contest is over she cant continue this?
I'm hoping Naver would want to let the winner of the contest published first then let the other potential stories published next.
