I think you got a point but it is not just Suu. I think it is just Author's tactic too give us message. He use different people each time. Sahara himself saw he was drowning by the way (it was around ch 30 but not sure) but maybe we are just talking about different scenes. And as you mentioned before Suu visioned the roof scene. And I think crown price too once do something like that indirectly. Once we saw that the Crown Prince's mother cursed her son to be betrayed by his loved one.
That roof scene was in ch 83 (just in case if someone needs). And that future vision is the reason why I have low expectations regarding to their relationship. Cuz while they are standing on the roof Suu asked him something and Hwaryun’s answer broke his heart. I feel like they are not gonna get a happy ending because of burden and responsibilities Hwaryun has as a crown prince
I agree with you. And at the beginning Sahara also warned Suu to not fall in love with prince. He could have really meant it, or it may have been jealousy talk.

Tho I had to say the curse thing of suryeon from his mom,'is something which gotten stuck to him' so he really can't trust ppl at some level. ( Suu said something on the line when he secretly look for nadan in prision) I hope the curse isn't real. ( I mean I hope it's just some word without power of curse) I wonder If I am making any sense here
I have meaning to write it that suu is kinda have future vision thing. Ig .as I reread ( because this shit is Jem) the manhwa again suu did visioned sahara drowning in the water fall way before it actually happened. So I think because he also had kinda vision again ( I don't remember the chp) about standing on the roof with suryeon ,well dressed and something on the line. Suu will become the new priests.
