no she did not abort. she had a miscarriage so I'm assuming she also had surgery performed to remove it

i think it not surgery remove it , according to what i heard from my mother story ,
sometime the baby in early stage it not too strong , so it just fell off
i suppose have 4 siblings , but 2 of them fell off , just like when u go toilet and then gone ..
