ahh i really hate that too... mostly i just read finished storys so that wont happen...
Yeah, but there are quite a few stories that says "completed" because that all the chapters there are - that doesn't mean the story was finished.
I would really like a 3rd status: discontinued
Would help me not read mangas that were either dropped or were the mangaka died before finishing the story.
