Ikr! Some people in the comments are treating him like a predetor for what? for unconsciously being jealous and for blushing? Those people need to get their shit together, they're the only ones seeing this as an act of pedophilia or malicious thinking.
Love interest or not, he's bound to get jealous, you know. They're in a sect with no kids in the vicinity especially regarding their special positions so her attention is all on him before. But now suddenly he needs to share it with another kid. Tbh I would get jealous too.
