But she could also be talking about vaginal discharge, I think that if you have more than normal it can be a sign of early pregnancy? (Could be wrong abt that tho)
I wonder if the Manhwa is gonna change it up and have the empress be pregnant earlier rather than later. Cause in the novel she doesn’t get pregnant till after the main story ends. Also, it’s way too early for her to be showing signs of pregnancy so I kinda hope they wait until later for her to be pregnant
