Ehh

I’m at like chp. 54 and I’m not gonna finish. It was a good premise but I don’t think it was formulated properly. The pacing is odd and generally I felt like things were either going too fast or too slow (mostly the first one). Alot of the sex scenes are also pretty oddly placed/written, somehow like it didn’t feel real? And sometimes it felt like they were having sex instead of talking about things that they needed to talk about.

I also feel like the characters are a bit inconsistent at times? Not alot but sometimes it just feels a bit weird. Or maybe they just haven’t heard the phrase “communication is key”.

Anyways. It was ok. And the artstyle is fire but the story kinda killed it for me. Well well.

Well, I liked the story. I think this couple had a realistic depiction of communication tbh. I mean, not everyone after they're raped just admit it and call the police. They will be in denial, especially youngmin who had admired the teacher before he showed his true colors.
If the couple didn't express their feelings about something to the other, the reason was given. It's really understandable.

And I really like the sex scenes between the seme and the uke, because unlike most yaois, the uke wasn't constantly trying to stop the seme and actually enjoyed the sex. He wasn't a blushing mess who half heartedly asked the seme to stop cuz he's embarrassed.
And it didn't have any "make up" sex, like in yaois, when the seme is angry he just forces himself onto the uke. No, they actually talked about stuff and was consensual.

Treat them as characters instead of yourself then they are really easy to understand. I wasn't even angry at the people who spread rumors, cuz it kinda felt like a slightly exaggerated version of society, in most counties sex work and homosexuality is taboo.

This couple had a pretty healthy relationship. It's okay if you don't like the story tho it's not for everyone. :)

Hi sorry but I wrote a rlly long and intricate reply but it said “sayonara!” And left the surface of the earth soo.. I’m not writing that again.

But I’ll rewrite the gist of what I wrote. Main thing is that I agreed to a lot of your points! I think you had very solid arguments! And what ruined it for me was primarily the pacing and not the story itself
    .
And about the sex scenes part, that is honestly something that I didn’t rlly notice but now that you mention it I agree wholeheartedly! There was just a few times where I though it would maybe be better with a cuddle session instead but I respect the decision. They be horny whenever they be horny. I won’t judge.

About the communication and realization of the sexual harassment. As you mentioned not everybody will know at once (I would know) and youngmin did not, and I don’t have any complaints about that part. I only wish his feelings were more prominent. Cause I found it hard to really feel what he felt y’know? I can’t rlly put my finger on what exactly made it so hard but if I were to guess I’d say the pacing..

Anyways I’m gonna post this before this reply says sayonara too.
