Right? If I was her in 5.3 I would have legitimately rejected him; someone who is willing to humiliate her like that and then spend time “learning” with another woman will probably cheat in the future. He’s just not worth it.

chapter 5.2 was hell queer coded, you cannot tell me alicia didn’t have feelings for the other lady,,i thought she waa gonna confess and then BAM “marry my brother.” wtff
chapter 5.3 was hell, the tradition is stupid and so is everyone for following it. humiliating and hurting a beautiful noble girl in front of everyone all for the sake of the prince saying i love you??? i was so happy she rejected him and then she accepted him :/
