I was more invested in Ren and Hikaru story... And it had a better development... I wanted more ╥﹏╥
Why wasn't there more of the second couple????? Ren is such a sweetheart and he really, truly repented for his mistake and took accountability for it instead of being like "yur omega scent made me wanna do you" or whatever.
I'd have appreciated it more if the author didn't make fated-pair omega (i forgot his name RIP) basically pretend like his trauma and traumatic response wasn't valid bc he kinda liked ren before the incident or whatever. Like what he went through was extremely horrifying even if it wasn't perpetrated with malicious intent.
But more importantly, i'm just sad we don't have more of this couple :C
Azusa's cute and all but he's one toxic mf. No matter how much the author tries to sugarcoat that with cute childhood pics and excuses like "he bore with the bullying silently bc he baby" or whatever, the toxicity of the relationship that kaede was FORCED into in all manners really left me feeling icky
