They did tell her though, but she doesn't understand it. Just like how much trouble Kanzaki is going through to make her understand even though she's already started to change. Teamwork is of utmost essence nowadays.Iif you lack it you're most likely not suitable for most works in the business world sadly :/
Hishiro didn't deserve what the companies did to her. Why can't they argument and tell her what is the problem and ways to fix it? they just bitch about her way but don't try to figure it out a way to keep her (cause she is an excellent employee) and help her realize where she is making mistakes. I hope all those companies go bankrupt!
