when his mother released him from the precautionary level, does that mean they are free from the family restrictions what about the brother ill he still seem very much obsessed with killua and alluka and nanika... there nothing really stopping him from trying to control killua again or does the family action of releasing them ensures heiisnt allowed to target them anymore. i think they are allowed to target family members but they didn't see nanika as family do they acknowledge her now
