the dude was being negligent on tending to suha’s emotional needs and was being manipulative by saying things like “you’d do this cause you like me right?” “you’ll agree to having s*x with many people because you like me right?” so somewhere along the road suha realized that he was just being used as a plaything and that the redhead didn’t really like suha as much as suha did
