Talk about something else

Can we get a moment and talk about scanlation teams like:
1.Is there still drama between asura and mm scans?
2.What are some famous bl scan teams as I don't read bl?
3.Will lhtranslation and mangasushi be translating manhwa/hua or will they just stick to manga
4.What fonts do eldergarde, leviathan, reaper, asura,mm,and pm scans use?
5.What country does the best translations?
6.When is manhuaus/manga1st gonna fix their shitty translation?(sorry for being blunt but I dropped a lot of series because of this)
7.How do the scans team earn money?Do they like get paid by the author for translating them or just by the support of their fans?
8.Do the scans team pay for the raws or do they just get it for free on the internet?

Just some questions thats been bugging my mind.Feel free to answer if you like.

    7. Some work for free and some of them take donations from fans. I've also seen them selling chapters for early access.
I have never seen any scan group having the author's permission to translate their work and scan groups usually ask people to not talk about any sort of english translations on social media.

    8. Depends on the group

i don't know much about the others haha

    7. They don't. Scanlations, according to the law, are illegal and are not considered as official or licensed translations.
