Yes, they will become the guardian and since mc is young he cant handle his money so his guardian will do that for him. But I think they cant withdraw all of it but only in a limited amount hence they still keeping him in part of their family.
And prolly waiting for the mc to be in a right age to transfer all his property to his guardian/family. They prolly plan to trick him into it
