The note Chika had has the words "WITH" on it so I assume its a withdrawal form/notice meaning, Chika plans to resign from the Koto Club to keep everyone at Tokise safe from the scrutiny the video has directed their way.

These first flashback pages and Chika protecting that little kid was awesome. Even if he looked bad he was still nice and cool. The things that got spread through internet Im not surprised Uzuki did that. Chika now is going to face a really tough moments in his life from his past and present, i wonder what was written on that paper in last panel. Was it something that someone sneak into his bag or Auntie left a note, other thing that comes to my mind is the paper with his goals he write before they went on trening camp. Im also wonder if he is going to face his father, maybe we get to know something about his mom(finally) as well.
