Probably cos alot of people reads alot of BL manhwa, especially us lot who uses mangago. And most artist like make the ukes very delicate looking and with cute gentle feature very similar to the ML. That's why they're so used to that image of them-- so every time they come across these times of male characters-- the first thing that comes to mind is "he looks like a uke" and etc.
