Agreeee. Not every sex you had under the influence of alcohol is rape. You can still give consent under the influence of it. Tbh.

Even i was confused at first if this would be considered rape or not but it is not in this situation. We might think that as long as you're intoxicated, consent doesn't apply. But there are certain criterias to say it was rape.
The uke wasn't incapable of speaking clearly, it wasn't like he was about to pass out either. The seme was also restricting himself in the beginning but uke kept initiating it multiple times which made me pick my decision that this is not rape. Although others could say otherwise but this is how i see it.
