I am gonna be completely honest, I don't understand Korean at all, and all the raws are Korean but I did try and understand with the picture and it seemed like the grim reaper had to suffer the consequences of letting Myohee live again with Cha. I would say more but it would then answer the person below you question. I am once again sorry if this doesn't help :(
As I said to the person before, I lowkey didn't even read the raws because it is in Korean and I can't understand it but I understood with the picture Ig. But basically the Betrayal girl is psychotic. I believe she likes Cha and is mad at Myohee for getting with him. And then when they attend a funeral (I can't say who the character is though unless you want me to spoil) but when they go to her funeral, the girl tries to stab Cha but Myohee steps in but they both die (I believe or it was just Myohee and then she got a new start at life again I kind of forgot) also another incident was when Myohee's body guard saw that she was spying on Myohee and had a knife and she tired to stab her but the body guard keeps her ig hostage until Cha comes home and then I believe they sent her to a mental hospital but then she escaped to the forest. And then the ungrateful friend I totally forgot what happened to him. I am really sorry if this doesn't help :(
