He didn't get bit.. I mean the bite didn't pierce his skin, the blood on his shoulder was from the zombie's teeth getting broken after biting the vest

Did the bite just auto heal? Like I get that he is immune I had a feeling a while ago because protag buffs but the bite would still be there. Did no one notice while they treated him or did they tie him up but after two days were like I guess we good?
