Yes it has the tag 'no harem' and 'no romance' by the creators on another website so it probably wont. Also i think he might only be strong because he is fighting thugs. When he goes to war we will see if there are others who know martial arts.
I have read many stories where the genre changes. It's so obvious that the people around will notice that he became strong and is no longer timid, they label him as *interesting*. He will gain popularity beauties will lurk around him, he will reject them but they will find him interesting.. It's the common plot.
It came up too strong, rush and it's doesn't have much intensity. Idk if I like ml cuz he is kinda bold., does he like killing. I have a feeling there be annoying so-called beauty bitches around and dumb villains. Can't say will see further chapters if it's my liking.
